About the Role:
Inspired Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote independence and safety
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and proper nutrition intake
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising nursing staff regarding care updates
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Atlanta, GA area
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
